Merry Maker Market consignment agreement
· I (maker) understand that this consignment agreement is good for the duration of Merry Makers Market LLC, Nov 19 through Dec 21, 2025.
· I (maker) agree to contribute a $50 marketing fee up front to assist in our promoting efforts.
· I (maker) understand that Merry Makers Market LLC will retain 25% of all my sales and will only sell my wares at the price agreed upon.
· I (maker) understand that Merry Makers Market LLC will cut a check (Venmo or Paypal if chosen) to be mailed by December 31, 2025 for my portion of sales (75%) and will provide a sales report for wares sold.
· I (maker) am responsible for supplying Merry Makers Market LLC with the agreed upon inventory no later than Nov 16, 2025; and restock as requested until end of market Dec 21, 2025.
· I (maker) understand that Merry Makers Market LLC will pay all state sales taxes associated with consignment sales and that I will receive a copy of my federal 1099 (if required) in January following a full tax year.
· I (maker) will visibly price and label all inventory so that it can be clearly identified at checkout. Items not clearly labeled will be pulled from the floor and the maker notified.
· I (maker) understand that Merry Makers Market LLC retains the rights to display my inventory as they see fit and will do their best to display products prominently and clearly to promote sales. I understand that if I have specific displays I feel best suite my products and are able to provide them for the duration of the market I will arrange to do so.
· I (maker) understand that Merry Makers Market LLC is committed to loss prevention, however, is not responsible for loss of product due to unintentional damage, cashier mis-rings, or theft. Merry Makers Market LLC carries liability insurance to cover damage to property or injury but recommends that makers seek individual coverage if desired.
· I (maker) am responsible for picking up any inventory not sold during the duration of the market between Dec 22-24th. If I cannot make these dates arrangements can be made to pick up inventory after the holiday.
· I (maker) give Merry Makers Market LLC consent to take photos of my wares as needed for social media, website and promotional use and that I (maker) agree I will NOT share or use these photos without permission and without giving credit to Merry Makers Market LLC the appropriate photographer/parties.

If all is approved you will receive instructions on paying your marketing fee by October 15th to guarantee your spot.
